Theft of City Property

A trailer and lawn mower were stolen from the City's Maintenance parking lot in the 600 block of W. Broadway. The theft occurred in the last week of December 2009. The trailer has a single axel with a fold down rear tail gate and is black in color. The mower is a yellow 2008 Hustler, model HU 928069A. The mower is a 30HP, 72" cut, XR7. The mower was loaded on the trailer at the time of the theft.
